Must-Haves to Thrive:

• 45 years of solid IT experience working with US/EMEA/AUS clients.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/Server troubleshooting.
• Strong command over DHCP, DNS, RDS, FNP, and network configurations.
• Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and backup solutions.
• Excellent communication & customer handling skills in a global environment.

What Youll Own:

• Deliver advanced second-level infrastructure support with speed and precision.
• Manage servers, networks, and user systems ensuring uptime and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident trending to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with team members to strengthen service delivery and efficiency.
