Advanced Robotics & Automation Engineer

1.        Possess good knowledge on advanced Technologies like Robots/Cobots, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), AGV / Vision System etc.

2.        Ability to understand the functional architecture of AMR system

3.        Hands on experience in application engineering as well as development and deployment of AGVs/AMRs/Cobots / Vision Systems at site

4.        Experience in uses cases like Auto-Part loading, Autonomous Bin Picking, fastening, palletizing, sorting etc.

5.        Hands-on in Offline Programming (OLP) with Robotics Simulation Tools

6.        Knowledge on Advanced Robotics Technologies like Haptics, Teleoperation, Human-Robot Collaboration, Voice Commanding of Robots, Exoskeletons, Robotic Operating System etc

7.        Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

8.        Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a fo cus on continuous improvement.

9.        Controls Engineering / Plant IT Systems Knowledge (E0 Level)- Applies the application of controls hardware and software by specifying, reviewing, and approving company-owned and/or supplier designs for new or upgrades to existing equipment to interface with all levels of manufacturing systems.

10.     Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

11.     Equipment/Capital Procurement (E1 Level)- Selects appropriate Robot equipment & associated systems (like Conveyor, Sensors, PLC, HMI etc.) which meets the Customer manufacturing specifications and meets the project or program needs.
