Requirements for the Adv Mech Design for System Dynamics Team under Engines & Power Systems are as following:

• Strong fundamentals in the Mechanics of Solids, Vibrations, Rotor Dynamics, Machine Design, Finite Element Analysis.
• Experience in system dynamics, linear & non-linear vibration analyses.
• Proficiency in Nastran, MATLAB, Hypermesh.
• Good to have working knowledge in Ansys/WB, LS-Dyna, NX modeling.
• Good customer focus and contribute to growth, IP & design solutions

• Should be able to work independently, ensure flawless execution and drive design improvements
• Should be able to estimate, plan and schedule tasks
• Should be good at multi-tasking
• Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills
• Lead the work assignments and mentor team as required
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Agile mindset with focus on speed and cycle time improvement initiatives

Educational Qualifications:

• Masters degree / Ph.D from reputed universities in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components

Experience:

Masters with 5+ years of experience

Ph. D with 0~3 years of experience
