Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing vision to Application Development Teams by utilizing modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset. Your typical day will involve working with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques for Application Development Teams. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business requirements. - Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Infor and related technologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Infor. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infor Birst. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business requirements. - Experience in working with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infor. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
