Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. You will work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions using SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Implement and maintain modular architectures and integration techniques. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and quality standards. - Continuously improve application development processes and practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of modular architectures and integration techniques. - Experience in designing and developing software solutions using SAP GRC. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience with cloud-first and mobile-first development approaches. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security and Authorization concepts. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
