Job Title: Advanced Analytics Manager
Location: Bengaluru - Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team: You will be supporting the Group Chief Control Office supported business activities, product suite and control upliftment and automation. You will be assisting the business chief control office and GCCO team with frequent analysis and deep dives, as well as assisting Product Managers with defining and communicating customer-centric product strategy.

Financial Services partner with all areas of CommBank to specialist advice, support and services in Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, IB&M and other Line of Business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting continuous performance, risk, controls, and reviews by providing data analysis, insights, and reporting across the portfolios.
• Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritise business challenges that can be addressed with analytics.
• Communication complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner. Maintain data governance standards and practices
• Enhancing and visualizing collected data into actionable insights for the business
• Present results in a clear and concise manner to senior internal and external stakeholders
• Solve complex analytical problems by applying innovative and resourceful thinking

Essential Skills:

• Overall experience of 10+ years with analytics languages such as SQL, python or R.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simplified stakeholder key messages.
• Proven experience in using best practice across advanced analytics techniques, data management, risk management, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with auditors to solve data challenges as well as draw insights from analysis with an attention to detail and quality.
• Established experience and ability to work with large and complex data sets with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx and SQL preferably Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata.
• Demonstrated delivering on multiple activities (BAU, projects and initiatives) against competing priorities.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
