Advanced AI Trainer

Job Location: Gandhinagar/Indore/Nagpur/Coimbatore/Bhubaneswar

Job Purpose

To deliver Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and related technologies to college students, enabling them to develop technical skills, undertake real-time projects, and become industry-ready for AI-driven career opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach advanced concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Explain end-to-end AI development workflows - from data preprocessing, model building, deployment to monitoring.
• Demonstrate how to develop AI-powered applications using modern web and mobile frameworks.
• Build and showcase AI-integrated websites, dashboards, mobile apps, or backend services for real-world use cases.
• Train students in Java Full Stack technologies including Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases.
• Demonstrate how to embed AI features into full-stack solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics tools).
• Mentor students in building complete production-grade applications from frontend to backend.
• Collaborate with the academic team, placement coordinators, and tech stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements, frameworks, libraries, and full-stack trends to enhance training quality.

Travel & Coordination

• Visit and engage with 5 designated colleges once a week to check on the colleges and the developments from the other trainers.
• Work closely with faculty, center managers, and project teams for smooth execution of training programs.

Education

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

Technical Competencies

• Familiarity with Data Analytics, Machine Learning basics, and algorithmic thinking.
• In depth understanding of AI concepts, Python programming, and data handling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an NGO adds advantage but not mandatory.
• Prior teaching/training experience is mandatory.
