About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in programmatic advertising technology to drive product strategy and execution for our ad-tech platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core ad-tech technology and a proven track record of delivering complex technical products in the digital advertising ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Vision

Define and execute product roadmap for ad-tech solutions including ad exchanges, demand-side platforms (DSP), supply-side platforms (SSP), and ad serving infrastructure

Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning within the programmatic advertising landscape

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business development teams to prioritize features that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

Technical Product Management

Lead product development for OpenRTB-compliant bidding systems and real-time auction mechanisms

Oversee integration and optimization of Prebid.js implementations for header bidding solutions

Manage product requirements for ad serving technology, including creative rendering, viewability measurement, and fraud detection

Drive technical specifications for API development, data pipelines, and reporting dashboards


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Partner with sales and account management to understand client needs and market feedback

Collaborate with data teams on audience segmentation, campaign optimization algorithms, and performance analytics

Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards


Required Qualifications:


Technical Expertise

5+ years of product management experience in ad-tech, with at least 3 years focused on programmatic advertising

Deep understanding of ad exchange operations, real-time bidding (RTB), and publisher integrations

Hands-on experience with OpenRTB protocol (versions 2.x and 3.x) and related specifications

Proficiency with Prebid.js, Prebid Server, and header bidding implementation strategies

Knowledge of ad serving technologies, creative formats, and trafficking workflows

Understanding of data management platforms (DMP), customer data platforms (CDP), and identity resolution


Industry Knowledge

Strong grasp of programmatic advertising ecosystem including buyers, sellers, and intermediaries

Experience with major ad-tech vendors (Google Ad Manager, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, etc.)

Understanding of digital advertising measurement, attribution models, and analytics platforms

Knowledge of privacy frameworks, consent management, and cookieless targeting solutions


Skills & Experience

Proven ability to manage complex technical products with multiple stakeholders

Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and market trends

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with server-side ad insertion (SSAI) and connected TV (CTV) advertising

Knowledge of machine learning applications in ad-tech (bid optimization, audience modelling)

Previous experience at ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, or major publishers

Understanding of video advertising standards (VAST, VPAID) and mobile advertising protocols

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data processing technologies
