AdSales- Affiliate Marketing

Adzealous Media Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-driven AdSales professionals with strong experience in the affiliate and performance marketing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding advertisers, managing performance-driven campaigns, and driving revenue growth across multiple geographies.

• Identify, onboard, and manage advertisers/clients across Domestic, GCC, MENA, and US markets
• Pitch and close performance marketing solutions (CPL, CPS, CPA models)
• Build and manage long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands
• Understand client requirements and align them with internal delivery and optimization teams
• Ensure smooth campaign onboarding, execution, and scaling
• Track campaign performance and revenue, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
• Negotiate commercials, payouts, and campaign terms
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and forecasts.

• 15+ years of experience in AdSales / Media Sales / Affiliate Sales
• Strong exposure to affiliate marketing and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with CPL, CPS, CPA campaigns
• Proven experience handling GCC, MENA, Domestic, or US markets
• Strong advertiser network and client onboarding capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong revenue ownership

• Experience working with affiliate networks, digital agencies, or ad-tech companies
• Existing advertiser/agency contacts in GCC, MENA, or US markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
