Job Description
We are looking for a leader with good understanding of online advertising, people leadership skills, rigorous execution skills and a collaborative mindset to grow and develop the team that works with Large & Growth advertising customers of Amazon worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
* Hiring the team and owning the on boarding plan
* Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of Advertising specialists
* Setting team dynamics and SOPs, including definition of the scorecard as aligned with Advertising Sales teams
* Supporting in setting clear performance objectives, track performance and provide regular feedback to team members including headcount performance management through the scorecard
* Identifying training and development needs, and implement upskilling initiatives
* Providing onboarding and 1:1 support to the team
* Monitoring team productivity and quality of work, and implement process improvements
* Collaborating with Advertising Sales teams to identify and solve issues and removing blockers
* Analyze data to track team performance and inform decision

* Preparing documents around best practices, procedures and framework for innovations
A day in the life
• Build, and scale programs which eliminate barriers to Advertiser success and help grow their business.
• Coach ad success specialists to develop advertising solutions that will deliver high impact.
• Define metrics to help improve advertising solutions, provide insights to Sales teams and grow business.
Prepare weekly / quarterly reviews, business documents
• Set stretch goals and deliver against them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Hire, groom and grow team members.
About the team
Amazon has a portfolio of advertising products across Search and Display advertising.
The Advertiser Success Team with a footprint across India, China and Barcelona, has functional expertise in, campaign optimization, Account management, Market analysis and Program management.
Working with Advertisers, Account Managers , Account Executives and Product & Program Managers, we champion the voice of customers in the organization and influence product road map to enhance customer experience and help them improve their business through advertising.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ Years of People & Performance management experience is a must
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital advertising or search advertising or analytics solutions (e.g.
Google Analytics)
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- MBA
