Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is critical in driving client growth through effective campaign execution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
The Ads Specialist will work closely with Account Managers, Creative Teams, and Clients to deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
- Other relevant paid media platforms
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives such as lead generation, sales, traffic, or brand awareness.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and copy.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance and efficiency.
- Identify scaling opportunities and growth areas.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans based on data.
- Track and analyze trends to continuously improve campaign results.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Account Managers for client requirements
- Creative Team for ad creatives and copy
- Strategy Team for campaign planning
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and performance.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
- 25 years of experience managing paid ads campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Conversion tracking & pixels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-based decisions.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of:
- Marketing funnels
- Audience targeting strategies
- Retargeting and remarketing
- Conversion tracking setup
- Budget management and optimization
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Meta Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Experience working in an agency environment (Preferred)
