Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Ads Specialist. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze data to measure success, and make data-driven optimizations. Additionally, you will develop and test strategies to maximize ROI, collaborate with creative teams for ad content, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms
• Data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting skills to evaluate campaign ROI
• Proficiency in A/B testing and audience segmentation
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and marketing teams
• Proven ability to handle budgets, set bid strategies, and maximize conversions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience or certifications in digital marketing and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous
