About the Role

As a Ads Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Google. Youll work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands.
• Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively.
• Generate performance reports and present insights to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Stay updated with latest ad features, trends, and policies.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Ads management (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
