Job Title: Ads Manager Marketplaces

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana

Salary: 60,000 80,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager Marketplaces to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketplace advertising and performance marketing to drive product visibility and sales.

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize product listings and ad campaigns to improve visibility, conversions, and sales performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for marketplace advertising.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product listings, creatives, and content.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

• 35 years of experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience running ads on Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
• Must have completed certification in digital advertising / marketplace advertising.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword targeting, and ad optimization.
• Experience managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns for sales growth.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Candidate must be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon) or willing to work from the location.
• Must have a background in digital advertising or marketplace advertising.

• Experience with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart.
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different product categories.
