Job Title: Adobe Workfront Developer

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Bengaluru

·         Understanding of and experience with Marketing and campaign process mapping Utilize systems and business analysis technics to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with client cross functional teams
·         Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Coupa, Allocadia, Adobe products, Salesforce including troubleshooting, system updates, quality assurance, version control, managing service outages and bug fixes.
·         Assisting users with accessing and organizing various data points - including but not limited to building various views, reports, and dashboards.
·         User Profile Management - validate appropriate settings, including layout templates, job role, team assignments, license, access settings etc. Audit groups, teams and licenses assigned to terminated employees.
·         Creating and maintaining documentation at various communication levels including but not limited to technical, business oriented, user friendly, etc. Types of documents may include standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, release notes, etc.
