Job Title- Adobe Martech Architect (AEP / RTCDP / Journey Optimizer)

Role Summary

We are hiring an Adobe Martech Architect to lead the design of real-time customer data and activation platforms using Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology, translating enterprise data landscapes into actionable, real-time customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for Adobe Experience Platform
• Define data ingestion from CRM, commerce, behavioral, and offline systems
• Model customer profiles using XDM schemas
• Architect RTCDP for segmentation and audience activation
• Design real-time and batch data flows for personalization
• Enable integrations with AEM, Journey Optimizer, and activation channels
• Define architecture for Journey Optimizer and event-driven journeys
• Establish identity resolution and consent strategies
• Align AEP architecture with enterprise data lakes and analytics platforms
• Run architecture workshops and mentor Martech specialists

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Martech or data platform roles
• 5+ years in classical marketing processes
• Experience in large-scale Adobe Experience Platform implementations
• Strong understanding of customer data modeling and identity resolution
• Experience with event-driven architectures and APIs
• Experience integrating marketing platforms with enterprise systems
• Ability to work directly with marketing and business stakeholders
• Experience in AI-driven developments
