Associate Manager- 7.5+ Years Experience

The Role:

As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites

Experience with content management systems and web development frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

15 years of full-time education required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
