Your Role

As an AEM Sites Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with UX designers, business analysts, and backend developers to deliver scalable and high-performance digital experiences.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In:

• Developing and customizing AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrating AEM with third-party services and APIs for enhanced functionality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Supporting deployment activities and troubleshooting production issues.

1. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Expertise in AEM Sites, including component development, template creation, and Sling models.
2. Java & Apache Sling Strong knowledge of backend development using Java and Sling framework within AEM.
3. HTL (Sightly) & Front-End Technologies Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL for building responsive and dynamic web pages.
4. AEM Workflows & JCR Experience with AEM workflows, JCR repository structure, and content management best practices.
5. DevOps & CI/CD Tools Familiarity with Maven, Jenkins, Git, and cloud deployment strategies for AEM projects.
