Adobe AEM Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Adobe AEM Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, and smooth operation of AEM platforms across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Adobe AEM 6.5 (Author & Publish instances)
• Manage AEM environments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
• Handle user, group, role, and permission (ACL) management
• Configure and maintain Dispatcher (Apache / Nginx)
• Monitor system health, JVM performance, logs, disk usage, and queues
• Apply AEM service packs, patches, hotfixes, and upgrades
• Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities
• Support deployment activities and work with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
• Ensure security compliance (SSL, authentication, vulnerability fixes)
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Collaborate with developers, content authors, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM 6.5 Administration
• Good understanding of AEM architecture (Author, Publish, Dispatcher)
• Experience with Linux/Unix system administration
• Knowledge of Apache/Nginx Web Servers
• Basic knowledge of Java and JVM tuning
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins (CI/CD)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
