We have launched a program that helps Indian Nurses to build careers in Germany by training them in A1, A2, B1 and B2 level German and placing them in German hospitals. This program is running at AVK School of Nursing Banashankari Bengaluru in association with ADARSH Business Advisory , BorderPlus and OMEGA MEDIA LABS.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru , India. As an Admissions & Program Counsellor at German Finishing School, a part of GERMAN FINISHING SCHOOL atBanashankari, Bengaluru , you will be responsible for guiding and advising prospective students about the programs offered, assisting them throughout the admissions process, and ensuring they have a smooth application experience. Responsibilities also include addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and actively contributing to the enrollment goals of the institution.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively build relationships with prospective students and colleagues
• This opportunity is open to candidates based in Bengaluru only
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling student inquiries professionally
• Experience or skill in Sales, particularly in education or related domains
• Understanding of Education industry trends and a passion for guiding students
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in an academic or admissions environment is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills in German are an added advantage

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with phone calls and in-person counselling

Self-driven and comfortable with outreach

Experience in education counselling / admissions / sales is a plus
