Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions & Outreach Counsellor located in Hauz Khas. The role involves managing admissions and outreach initiatives, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders to promote ISPP's programs, handling inquiries, and conducting sessions to provide insights into the institution. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, facilitating the admissions process, and contributing to the recruitment of high-potential candidates. The role requires collaboration with marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment in outreach efforts and to organize information sessions, webinars, events, and campus visits.


Qualifications

  • 12 years of work experience.
  • Graduate in any subject.
  • Background or understanding of Public Policy, Education, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is welcome.
  • Previous experience in call counselling, admissions support, or outreach roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage queries empathetically and patiently.
  • Experience with student information systems and CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to create engaging written content (mailers, blogs, outreach material).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide educational guidance to prospective applicants.
