Admissions Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will assist students in understanding eligibility criteria for international admissions, guide them through application processes, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely and accurate communication with students and institutions. The role also involves liaising with international education providers and maintaining student records.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Experience in International Admissions processes and familiarity with application requirements
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer Service skills to provide professional and effective support to prospective students
• Knowledge or experience in the field of Education is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
