Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelors degree
- 13 years experience in admissions, parent handling, counselling, sales, or customer relations
- Strong communication skills with parents of young children
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google tools & CRM systems
- Warm, empathetic, and relationship-driven personality
- Target-oriented mindset with a caring approach
- Manage the entire admissions journey enquiry to confirmed admission
- Counsel parents about EarlyVerse philosophy, curriculum, and programs
- Generate leads through school visits, open houses, events, referrals & campaigns
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and online enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate parent data and follow-ups in CRM/system
- Achieve monthly and seasonal admissions targets
- Act as a bridge between parents, educators, and management
