Arca Aviation is expanding its Marketing & Admissions function and is looking for a driven Admissions Officer to support student outreach and enrolment.

What youll do

Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital leads

Counsel aspiring pilots on training programs and career pathways

Support admissions documentation and application processing

Maintain lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines

Coordinate closely with the Marketing & Admissions Manager

Strong communication and counselling skills

Confident, organised, and target-oriented approach

13 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales

Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth aviation environment
