Admissions Manager - Partner Success

byteXL partners with universities and engineering colleges across India to improve student outcomes through structured curriculum integration, industry relevant programs, and measurable employability impact.

Role Overview:

Act as the primary point of coordination between byteXL and the assigned partner university for all admissions related matters pertaining to byteXL integrated programs.

Department: Operations

Locations:

Chandigarh, Punjab, Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Vijayawada, Hyderabad (1 role per location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the partner university's admissions team to support achievement of mutually agreed enrolment objectives.
• Track enquiry to enrolment trends and maintain structured reports and dashboards to ensure shared visibility on progress.
• Equip admission teams with pitch guidance, FAQs, and program insights to ensure accurate, value driven communication to students and parents.
• Ensure byteXL programs are appropriately represented across brochures, collaterals, website content, and campus branding.
• Engage with high intent student leads where required to support conversion.
• Share structured performance updates covering admissions progress, funnel stage trends, and areas requiring support or intervention.
• Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to strengthen program visibility, communication quality, and admissions processes.
• Align with internal marketing and operations teams on outreach and admissions performance strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduates or postgraduates with 1 to 5 years of experience in admissions, education operations, institutional partnerships, or program management. The ideal candidate is data driven and process oriented, comfortable with dashboards and performance metrics, and possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a problem solving mindset.
