Job Description: Call Center Head (Admissions) Arya Group of CollegesRole Summary

We are hiring a Call Center Head (Admissions) to lead and scale our admissions calling operations. The role focuses on improving enquiry-to-admission conversion through strong team leadership, structured follow-ups, process discipline, and performance reporting.

Location & Type

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end admissions calling operations (inbound + outbound)
• Manage, coach, and drive performance for a team of callers/counselors and team leads
• Own the admissions funnel: enquiry counseling campus visit application admission
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor KPIs (connect rate, follow-up adherence, conversion %, TAT, productivity, quality)
• Build and optimize scripts, objection-handling guides, and follow-up cadence
• Ensure strong CRM/lead management discipline (allocation, tracking, closures, data hygiene)
• Conduct call audits and coaching to improve counseling quality and compliance
• Coordinate with Marketing (lead quality/campaign feedback) and Admissions (process updates, seat status)
• Publish dashboards and performance reports for leadership reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading a call center / inside sales / admissions team
• Strong people management (hiring, training, coaching, performance management)
• Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Strong communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to build processes and scale a conversion-focused operation

Preferred

• Education admissions experience
• Exposure to performance incentives, quality monitoring, and SOP creation
