Job Summary:

Vidyashilp University is seeking enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about university programs, and supporting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Explain program offerings, eligibility, and admission processes clearly and effectively.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and inquiries generated through various sources.
• Coordinate and participate in university open houses, school visits, education fairs, and webinars.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and lead generation.
• Support walk-in queries and campus visits by providing a positive applicant experience.
• Assist in documentation, interview coordination, and admission formalities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters degree preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and guide students effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team and handle targets and timelines.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: On-Campus(Vidyashilp University) 6 days working
