Admissions Counselor

The T-Series StageWorks Academy, based in Noida, is a prestigious institution created to cultivate creativity and talent for national and global opportunities. Initiated by Sh. Gulshan Kumar of T-Series, and led by industry leaders like Mr. Bhushan Kumar and Ms. Tulsi Kumar, the academy provides structured courses in Film, Music, Dance, Performing, and Media Arts. Equipped with modern infrastructure, world-class equipment, and distinguished faculty, the academy is committed to fostering the potential of aspiring artists. Expansion plans are underway to establish additional institutions across India and internationally.

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process by providing detailed information about the academys courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting with enrollment. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with prospective students, responding to inquiries, conducting one-on-one consultations, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and guardians.
• Experience in Customer Service and cultivating relationships to provide outstanding guidance and support during the admissions process.
• Background in Sales with an ability to promote educational programs to prospective students effectively.
• A familiarity with the education sector, and an understanding of academic services and processes, is an advantage.
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining a student-centric approach.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
