Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, cold calling,manage inquiries and provide information about programs. Additionally, the role involves organizing admissions-related events and building strong relationships with prospective students and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and families.
Minimum 2 years experience in admissions ,to provide high-quality support and address inquiries with professionalism.
Proficiency in sales techniques to effectively promote the school's programs and attract potential students.
Background in education or related fields is an asset to meet the needs of prospective students.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with the admissions process and proficiency in CRM tools are advantageous.
