Emo Matrix is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Counselors to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective students/professionals interested in psychology and counseling programs and help them take the next step in their professional journey.

• Connect with prospective students and understand their career goals.
• Provide guidance about psychology and counseling programs offered by Emo Matrix.
• Handle inbound leads and follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails.
• Explain program structure, benefits, and enrollment process.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students and nurture leads.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.

• 02 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, or customer interaction roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in education, psychology, or career counseling.
• Confident communicator with a positive and empathetic approach.
