About the Role

Lords University is looking for dynamic and persuasive Admission Counsellors/Telecallers to join our admissions team on a work-from-home basis. The role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through program offerings, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided data
• Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fee structure, and career prospects
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/software
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Handle inbound admission queries professionally
• Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing
• Build and maintain a positive brand image of Lords University

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (MUST)
• Prior experience in telecalling/admissions counselling is an advantage
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency and internet reliability
• Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work
