Role Overview

We are hiring International Sales Admission Counsellors to drive global enrollments across APAC, EMEA, and US markets.

This role involves full ownership of the sales lifecycle from lead engagement to closing and collections in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide prospective learners in their career journeys
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with international students
  • Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
  • Manage the complete sales process:
  • Outbound/Inbound calls
  • Product demonstrations
  • Objection handling
  • Closing
  • Post-sales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Build rapport with students across global markets

Eligibility Criteria

  • 25 years of experience in International B2C/B2B Sales (EdTech preferred)
  • Defence background candidates transitioning to sales roles are encouraged to apply
  • PwD candidates meeting role requirements are encouraged to apply
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Shift Timings (Rotational)

  • APAC: 7 AM 4 PM / 9 AM 6 PM
  • EMEA: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM / 2 PM 11 PM
  • US Region: 8 PM 5 AM / 10 PM 7 AM
