Job Description
The Admission Manager will be responsible for building relationships with schools, principals, and counsellors to generate student leads for our programs and Achieving Admission Targets . This role focuses on awareness, engagement, and conversion by conducting outreach activities, presentations, and events that position our institution as the preferred choice for higher education.

Key Responsibilities
* School Engagement
- Identify and build partnerships with schools in target regions.
- Schedule and conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and workshops.
- Liaise with principals, teachers, and career counsellors to promote programs.
*Lead Generation
- Collect and manage student data from outreach activities.
- Drive student registrations for webinars, entrance tests, and counselling sessions.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads to the admissions team for conversion.
*Brand Promotion
- Represent the institution at school fairs, exhibitions, and career events.
- Deliver impactful presentations highlighting program features
*Reporting: Maintain detailed daily/weekly trackers for leadership
*Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in higher education and adapt outreach strategies accordingly
*Proficiency in CRM platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., MS Excel,
* Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability .
* Mindset: Target-driven and self-motivated, with a willingness to travel
