About the Role
Blitz Academy is seeking a results-driven Admission manager to o manage and guide a team of Admission Counsellors. The role involves driving enrollments, improving conversions, and achieving sales targets in the EdTech domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and monitor Admission Counsellors to meet targets
- Oversee the admissions process from lead to conversion
- Track performance, conduct reviews, and improve conversion ratios
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
- Ensure CRM accuracy and quality communication with leads
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 35 years of experience in sales/EdTech admissions
- At least 1 year of team-handling experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset
