Job Title:Admissions Manager

Role Overview

The Admission Manager will lead and manage the complete admissions lifecycle for design programs, ensuring enrollment targets are met through effective counselling, outreach, and conversion strategies while maintaining a high-quality student experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Enrollment

  • Lead end-to-end admissions for UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate design programs.
  • Achieve enrollment targets through counselling, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Oversee inquiry management across walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital leads.
  • Monitor admission funnels, conversion ratios, and daily MIS reports.

2. Counselling & Student Engagement

  • Personally handle senior-level counselling for students and parents.
  • Guide applicants on programs, curriculum, career paths, and placements.
  • Ensure a professional, transparent, and student-centric admission process.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and monitor admissions counsellors.
  • Set targets, review performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure discipline, process adherence, and service quality.

4. Marketing & Outreach Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
  • Support school/college visits, open houses, exhibitions, and events.
  • Provide market feedback for program positioning and promotions.

5. Process & Compliance

  • Ensure documentation, eligibility checks, and fee collections are accurate.
  • Maintain CRM data, reports, and admission records.
  • Follow institutional policies, timelines, and regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 510 years of experience in admissions, sales, or education counselling.
  • Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
  • Experience in design, creative, or higher education institutes preferred.
