Position: Manager/Senior Manager Admissions.

• Design, plan, and deliver innovative and effective teachinglearning programs for management students.
• Teach a range of modules in Business Analytics and Quantitative Techniques, using appropriate pedagogy, assessment methods, and educational technologies.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Continuously enhance teaching effectiveness through self-reflection, student feedback analysis, and the adoption of blended and online learning methodologies.
• Contribute actively to academic administration, curriculum development, accreditation support, and research initiatives of the institution.

• Graduation in Mathematics / Statistics / B.Tech.
• MBA with a minimum of 4+ years of teaching experience in Quantitative Techniques and Analytics.
• Candidates with 6+ years of relevant corporate experience will be preferred.
• Ph.D. in Management is desirable.
• Strong subject-matter expertise in the area of specialization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
