Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi NCR for an Admissions Manager. The Admissions Manager will manage the admission lifecycle, including identifying potential students for counselling, responding to inquiries, and assisting with the application and enrollment process. Responsibilities will also include developing strategies to increase enrollments, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in database management and record-keeping
• Ability to develop admission strategies and meet enrollment goals
• Experience in education, admissions, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
