National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a pioneering organization for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism, and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. NICMAR is an independent, autonomous, non-government, non-profit entity incorporated in Mumbai.

JOB PURPOSE: The Head-Admissions for NICMAR Hyderabad will lead the admissions department and oversee the entire student recruitment and enrollment process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing admissions policies, procedures and strategies to attract and enroll qualified students
• Responsible for achievement of specific targets for on-campus admissions, revenue and ensuring alignment with overall enrolment goals. This includes conversion of applications to admissions through the process of conducting Entrance test to GD/PI to collection of fees (Including EMI cases).
• Reviewing and evaluating student applications, making final admission decisions
• Responsible for guiding students through the final steps of enrolment, such as document submission, fee payment, and onboarding. Also, cater to new batch induction & onboarding
• Providing guidance to applicants on admission requirements, financial aid, and enrollment
• Planning and executing recruitment activities such as campus tours, information sessions, industry interface and attendance at college fairs
• Manage Transfer and Drop-Outs and accordingly reaching out to Marketing Team on real-time basis for sourcing more applications
• Collaborating with other departments (marketing, academics, etc.) to promote the institution and ensure a smooth admissions process
• Analyzing admissions data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and accreditation standards
• Managing the budget and represent and brand institute for external events and conferences

• Working under Director Hyderabad Campus & dotted line reporting to Director Sales & Marketing

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

• Masters degree
• Relevant experience in Higher Education Institute (HEI) or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful admissions strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
