Admission Counselor

Santure.ai is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Admission Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students and inform them about our network of international and domestic colleges and universities (with a primary focus on domestic institutions ).
• Explain course options clearly and guide students towards suitable programs.
• Maintain and update student data accurately in our systems/CRM.
• Work with a conversion-oriented mindset to move enquiries towards confirmed admissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in telecalling / counselling / inside sales (education sector preferred).
• Fluent in English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
• Comfortable working with data, CRMs, and daily reporting.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Work from Office (WFO)

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am 5:00 pm
