Job Description
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can call leads, counsel students, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions for our professional cybersecurity courses.
Key Responsibilities- Call and follow up on inbound & outbound leads
- Explain course details (Ethical Hacking, Cybersecurity, Full Stack, etc.)
- Understand student requirements and provide proper career guidance
- Convince students to:
- Visit our Thane center , or
- Attend an online counseling session
- Regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
- Convert leads into confirmed enrollments
- Update lead status and follow processes
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Minimum Target: 10 enrollments per month
- Opportunity to exceed targets with higher incentives
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking in English & Hindi
- Experience in EdTech / Training Institute sales preferred
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / WhatsApp
- 14 years in admissions, education sales, or counseling
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
