We are looking for an organized, engaging admissions counselor who will connect students with the right programs, and resources to help them get the most out of the college experience. The Admission Counselor will guide students to assess their academic standing and extracurricular activities, inform them about programs, andmajors, and connectthem with resources that will help themget admission intoParul University.

You should be knowledgeable,resourceful, and supportivewith strong communication skills.

Admission counselor Responsibilities:

Highlighting the benefits ofspecific coursesin order to attractstudents and encourage diversity on campus.

Staying currentwith university admission processes and requirements.

Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.

Handle Calls Inbound/ Outbound.

Follow Up on leads generated throughvarioussources.

Counsel andguide aspiring candidates about the various career options(domestic orinternational) AddresstheirQueries.

Counselling andeffective follow upwith the leads/prospects on a regular basis and converting them into admission.

Admission counselor Requirements:

Minimum graduation required (Freshers can alsoapply).

Applicantshould have fluent English communication skills(Speaking, writing &understanding). KEY

Must be Confident,resourceful,supportive with good communication skills.

Problem analysis andproblem solving

Convincing skill

Teamwork

Ready towork ion rotationalshift and rotational week-off.

Ready to commute to work.

Age Criteria: 18 yearsto 37years.

Salary offered: As per company norms. (Salary wouldinclude incentives as well based on performance).

Applicants with relevant work experience in counselling, telesales or customer support would be having advantage.
