Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Admission Counselor to join our team in Hazratganj, Lucknow. The role involves guiding prospective students in making informed career decisions and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibility

• Make 100120 outbound calls daily to prospective students from provided leads.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by counseling students on Digital Marketing and Data Science programs.
• Achieve a monthly target of 1020 admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through CRM channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings, and digital platforms).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of course offerings, career outcomes, and current industry trends.
• Address student queries related to course structure, fees, duration, and placement support with accurate information.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
• Effectively use CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Manage a high volume of clients efficiently through CRM-based communication (calls, emails, and meetings).
• Be performance-driven and motivated by incentives and variable pay, rather than fixed salary.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Science is a plus
