About the Role:

We are looking for an Educational Counsellor who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right learning path.

At Derivion, students and working professionals reach out to us because they want to build a career in finance and trading. Your role will be to understand their aspirations, explain our programs clearly, and help them make an informed decision about enrollment.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, target-driven, and genuinely interested in helping people grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and working professionals via calls and follow-ups
• Understand their background, career goals, and interest in financial markets
• Clearly explain our trading and finance programs
• Handle objections and queries related to fees, course structure, and outcomes
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Update CRM and track lead progress consistently

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Admission Counselling / Sales
• Strong communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of finance OR willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
