Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Admission Counselor with proven experience in selling software courses, specifically in domains like AI/ML and Data Science. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners and driving enrollments through effective consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students on AI/ML, Data Science, and other software programs
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses based on career goals
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and virtual sessions
  • Drive conversions by delivering compelling course pitches and resolving objections
  • Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in selling software/IT courses (mandatory)
  • Prior experience selling AI/ML or Data Science programs is highly preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in EdTech or training institutes
  • Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
