AND Academy is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Course Advisor within our Admissions Team.

About AND Academy

AND Academy, an initiative by IIAD in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London, delivers industry-relevant design education through a contemporary and interactive learning model. Our programmes are designed to equip learners with practical, future-ready skills that align with global design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone calls to introduce AND Academy and its programme offerings.
• Make 8090 calls per day and ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
• Work proactively to achieve the admissions targets assigned by the team.
• Maintain and update student records through the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a student-centred approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic IT skills.

Work Schedule: Work from Office (WFO)

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am 5:00 pm
