Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Admission Counsellor (UG/PG Abroad) for an on-site role located in Kolkata ho can guide students aspiring to pursue Undergraduate or Postgraduate programs abroad. The Admission Counsellor will guide students in choosing appropriate academic programs, help identify universities suited to their preferences and budgets, and assist them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, knowledge of international admission processes, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and their families.
• Handle walk-ins, CRM leads and follow-ups to achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Sales skills to promote programs and courses to prospective students and meet enrollment targets.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the Education sector to better understand academic programs and university systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream, BBA & MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UG/PG Abroad Counselling preferred
• Excellent communication (English, Hindi & Bengali)
• Strong, convincing & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of international admission & visa procedures
