Job Description

Job Title: Sales counsellor

Location: Noida


We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to guide prospective clients/students, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective customers/students via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/courses/services
  • Convert leads into sales/enrollments and achieve monthly targets
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and interactions in CRM
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/students
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, or seminars if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Education preferred)
  • Experience in sales, counselling, or customer support is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
