Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options including course selection, university shortlisting, and country guidance
• Handle the complete overseas admissions lifecycle:
• Application Offer Deposit Visa Assistance
• Provide updated guidance on admission requirements, scholarships, intakes, and visa regulations
• Review and guide students on SOPs, LORs, CVs and application documents
• Coordinate with international university partners and internal admissions teams
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp and virtual/in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate student data using CRM tools (Leads, Applications, Conversions)
• Meet monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree (Education / Sales / Counseling / Management preferred)

35 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling or study abroad consultancy

• Strong hands-on knowledge of USA, UK, Canada & Australia admissions processes
• Excellent communication, counselling and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
• Target-driven mindset with ethical counselling approach
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems & student management tools
