Location: OWIS Whitefield and OWIS Sarjapur (Bangalore)
Job Responsibilities:
Execute sales goals for OWIS, Forecast Annual, Quarterly and monthly student enrolment goals along
Develop admissions strategies through information analysis and recommendations; establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
Ensure student enrolment in the school - constantly strive to learn and adopt relevant best practices to improve parent engagement and experience so that the schools enrolment goals are achieved.
Meet the monthly admission target by managing end to end marketing and sales strategy of the school.
Ensure all relevant details are updated on the CRM/Hubspot for reference and review. Using data analytics to ensure effective pipeline management and regular updation of reports for management & senior stakeholders.
Regularly plan and conduct parent engagement events and open houses to drive walk-ins and conversions
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors/Master Degree from a reputable institute.
Experience:
3 + years of experience in Sales, Business development, admission counselling or related roles.
Should have experience in managing hands-on customer-facing team
Must have good experience/understanding of IB curriculum experience in managing hands-on customer-facing team
