Salary: Up to 40,000 in-hand per month + Monthly Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor who can convert inbound leads into enrollments and guide working professionals in choosing the right certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into enrollments
• Counsel working professionals on certification programs
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-ups and CRM discipline
• Build trust with prospects through consultative selling

Requirements

• 0-3years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / BDA
• Candidate must be from Delhi / Noida / NCR
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
